“Anaylin were appointed by Brittany Ferries in Autumn 2015 to host our customer database and to increase our customer understanding and crm capabilities.
They audited our existing data infrastructure and crm capabilities, assessed the gap between where we were and where we wanted to get to and drew up a programme of improvements.
Anaylin then took the lead on developing a Customer Strategy three-tier (Planned, Triggered and Tactical) communications Framework on which to build and execute our communication plans. They provided an infrastructure and environment with levels of automation to enable our customer communications’ aspirations to be met.
Key Results (@ 30 June 2016):
- Double digit volume increases of bookings from campaigns
- Over 50% increase in revenues from campaign activities
- Over 1/3 increase in average revenue per booking
In the last twelve months, Anaylin in partnership with Apteco and Pure360 has increased our customer understanding and ability to present prospects and customers with relevant and timely messages during their web experience and integrated this with our offline communications.
