Neal is a data and digital professional with 25 years’ experience of successfully implementing information-led strategies in industry sectors as diverse as financial services, leisure, charities, automotive, publishing, telecommunications, utilities and retail.
Combining CRM systems, data analysis, and data management, he has provided innovative and highly effective marketing solutions for a wide variety of clients across Europe and Asia-Pacific.
Nigel is a marketing and insight specialist and an expert at developing and managing customer-centric and insight-led programmes for businesses of all sizes. These range from specifying and overseeing warehousing projects, to implementing multi-channel customer communications systems.
With both marketing agency and client-side experience, he has successfully transferred his skills in offline disciplines such as targeting, personalisation, testing and learning into the digital world, working in B2B and B2C environments for companies including Royal Mail, BT, Centrica, O2, The Royal Bank of Scotland/Direct Line Group and AVIOS.

Jonathan is a highly experienced CRM and data consultant who has worked internationally for B2B and B2C clients and agencies.
His ability to create, interpret and present strategic recommendations and generate value from an organisation’s data assets has been perfected in key management roles at CACI, dbg/Merkle, Wunderman and Geometry.
Matt has been providing data solutions to a range of blue-chip companies for more than 25 years and played a key role in the evolution of marketing-related data management systems into today’s distributed cloud computing model.
He has a talent for ensuring business and system requirements mesh seamlessly together, cutting through a confusion of jargon to devise elegant technical solutions that always produce exceptional results. He held key long-term technical roles at dbg/Merkle and Knaulage DB.
